As a customer of Milesburg Borough Water Authority , you were notified on 02/16/2026
of a problem with our drinking water and were advised to boil water until further notice . We are pleased to report that
the problem has been corrected and that it is no longer necessary to boil water before drinking it.
We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
The watermain has been repaired and pressure has been restored. Coliform bacteria tests conducted after the repair
indicate that the water is again safe to drink without boiling it.
