A: We provide water service to customers within the Borough of Milesburg and parts of Boggs Township.
Q: What are your office hours?
A: Our office is open Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. We are closed on major holidays.

A: We are closed on the following holidays:

Water bills are issued quarterly based on the following schedule:
- 1st Quarter: January – March
Bill Sent: April - 2nd Quarter: April – June
Bill Sent: July - 3rd Quarter: July – September
Bill Sent: October - 4th Quarter: October – December
Bill Sent: January
Please refer to your bill for the exact due date.
Q: What payment methods are accepted?
A: We accept cash, check, and (coming soon) credit/debit card payments in-office. Online and automatic payments will also be available soon through our website.
Q: What should I do if I didn’t receive my bill?
A: Please contact our office to confirm your mailing address and request a duplicate copy.

A: First, check our homepage for any service alerts. If none are posted, call our office or contact the Water System Operator for assistance.
